NE series M.2 NVMe 2242 PCIe 3.0 SSD

It does work correctly and completely in my Thinkpad T580 the connector is unique.

Works great out of the box so far on a T480 running ubuntu. If you’re new to computer repair/installation, do be aware of the orientation of the drive when being installed the red spec sticker should point down when installing the drive. This is different from some other drives you’ll see in t480 tutorials. If in doubt, count the pins to see if it aligns with what you expect. Also be sure to plug it in at an angle, it won’t go in straight in. Hopefully this is helpful for anyone stuck in the installation process.

Easy installation, as expected, package included also the screw for SSD. In my case I installed it on a HP G8 850 Elitebook in the WWAN slot, but unfortunately battery is draining too fast even if the laptop is turned off. So I will keep it for future usage. Last note is that I installed an OS and the speed was fast!

My Lenovo T580 has one of these weird m2 slots that most drives don't fit in. This one fit and worked fine.

Worked for my dell latitude rugged 5414, put it into the extra nvme slot and it picked up the new storage right away
